Eventi Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Duration

All memberships are 12-month subscriptions. As part of our special first-year offer, new members receive 6 months free—meaning you will not be billed for your first 6 months. After this period, your membership will be billed monthly for the remaining 6 months at the standard membership rate.

2. Automatic Renewal

At the end of your 12-month subscription, your membership will automatically renew unless you provide written notice of cancellation. You will receive a reminder notice 30 days prior to your membership renewal. If you choose to change your membership, you must notify us within 30 days of your renewal. Simply email info@eventi.co.nz to request any adjustments.

3. Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your membership before the completion of the 12-month period, you will be responsible for payment of any remaining outstanding months. Refunds will not be provided for early cancellations, and access to Eventi’s platform will be revoked upon termination of your membership. If you cancel, you are not entitled to your ticket to the annual networking event. However, you may purchase a ticket at an additional cost, which will be made available at least 30 days prior to the event.

4. Non-Response Billing

Eventi reserves the right to bill members who do not respond to renewal notifications. If payment remains outstanding, we will continue to bill until cancellation is formally requested. Non-payment for a period exceeding 60 days may result in your account being referred to a third-party collection agency for recovery of the outstanding balance. Members are responsible for any collection fees, legal costs, and other associated expenses.

5. Removal of Non-Compliant Businesses

Eventi upholds a high standard of professionalism and ethical behavior. We reserve the right to remove businesses that do not align with our moral and operational guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, businesses that engage in unlawful activities, unethical practices, or activities that violate our community standards. Any business removed due to non-compliance will not be entitled to a refund or compensation, and will be permanently removed from the Eventi platform.

6. Liability Limitation

Eventi acts solely as a third-party platform for event planners and service-based businesses. We do not hold liability for the actions or outcomes of clients or their engagements. Eventi does not guarantee business success, increased sales, or the generation of leads. Our primary role is to provide a platform for visibility, connection, and promotion, and we are not responsible for the actions or outcomes of individual clients.

7. Annual Networking Event

As a valued Eventi member, you will receive 1 x ticket to our annual networking event. These events are held in Auckland, Hamilton, and Taupo. If you wish to purchase additional tickets, they will be available at an additional cost and advertised at least 30 days prior to the event date. Please note, if your membership is cancelled, you will forfeit your complimentary ticket. However, you may still purchase additional tickets if available.

8. Annual Business and Marketing Strategy Session

To access the annual business and marketing strategy session, members must have been actively subscribed for at least 6 months. This session is conducted by a third-party company that Eventi has outsourced to provide professional guidance. The cost of this session is included in your membership. However, if you require additional support or sessions beyond the annual session, you will be responsible for covering the associated costs. Eventi does not hold liability for the outcomes of this session, and we encourage members to use the insights provided at their discretion.

9. Marketing Materials

When Eventi includes you in marketing material, this may include but is not limited to Instagram stories, posts, reels, resharing, newsletter articles, special features, video blog posts, YouTube videos, or TikTok content. While we aim to discuss these opportunities with you beforehand, Eventi reserves the right to use these marketing materials at our discretion, ensuring they align with our best interests and, where possible, benefit our clients.

10. Eventi Account Manager Support

Eventi prides itself on providing dedicated support through our Eventi Account Managers. Our team is here to help you succeed by offering guidance and insights tailored to your business needs. This can include virtual meetings, in-person sessions, or phone calls. While we will strive to deliver valuable assistance, we cannot guarantee success. Your commitment, effort, and active participation are crucial to achieving positive outcomes.
